This quaint Victorian cottage, built in 1998, is within walking distance to the center of Silverton. Not only can you hear the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad trains whistling as they enter and leave town, but the rush of the beautiful Animas River is only 200 feet away.
Classic filigree combined with cheery colors provides an experience unique to Silverton and all its charm as a historic mining town. You’ll feel instantly relaxed sitting on the sunny deck and taking in the breathtaking views.
Please note: All reservations through the end of September 2012 will be honored in the event the house sells since it is currently on the market.
