Rates
Rentals are on a weekly basis only (Saturday to Saturday). You may also rent for multiple weeks.
The rental rates:
Main house ~ $1000 per week (includes tax)
Aspen Bunkhouse ~ $500 per week (includes tax)
Fourth of July week ~ $1200/wk. for main house and $500 for bunkhouse.
The bunkhouse is attached to the main house by a sunroom. We can rent the main house by itself or the main house plus the bunkhouse to one set of renters at a time. We will not rent the main house to one party and the bunkhouse to another.
Check-in is 3 PM on Saturday and check out by 10 AM the following Saturday.
Your reservation will only be held once we receive the $500 deposit. This deposit will not be cashed but held until after the cottage caretaker makes the final inspection after your departure.
An additional deposit of $75.00 is required for pets. Please do not allow pets on the furniture.
The full, non-refundable, rental payment must be received 6 weeks before your arrival.
